Whether we like it or not, nobody knows the answer to everything and so, because of this, we've included this section of the site to hopefully answer some of the questions you may have.

If you have any questions about biking or courses it's quite likely that someone has asked it before, as such we have compiled a list of the most questions we get asked most often, along with the answers.

This list however is not exhaustive, so if you have can't find the answer here then either call in and see us or give us a call and we will do our best to help. The best questions we get will be put on the website.

• How long will my CBT take?

• I am doing my CBT with you but I have never ridden before and I am worried I'll end up looking foolish and holding the others up, what can I do?

• I have booked a course with you, what should I wear?

• Do I need to bring anything with me to do my CBT/Training?

• I have just passed my test, what bike should I buy?
